Terms
Wearclock's free features are free forever. Pro is an optional subscription or one-time purchase, billed and managed entirely by Google Play or Apple's App Store, and refunds go through them, not us. Nothing in the app is medical advice — always follow your orthodontist's instructions over anything Wearclock tells you.
How does billing work?
The free tier — timer, schedule, reminders, log, and backup — is free forever and stays that way. Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. All of it is billed and managed by Google Play or Apple's App Store, using whatever payment method you already have on file with them.
How do refunds work?
Because billing runs entirely through the store, refunds do too. Request one through Google Play or Apple's App Store using their standard refund process — Wearclock has no separate billing system and cannot process a refund directly.
Is this medical advice?
No. Wearclock is a timer and reminder tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. Wear targets, tray schedules, and anything else about your actual treatment should come from your orthodontist — if anything in the app conflicts with what they told you, follow them, not the app.
Frequently asked questions
- How does billing work?
- Pro is either a subscription or a one-time purchase, and either way it's billed and managed entirely by Google Play or Apple's App Store, not by Wearclock directly. Your payment details never pass through the app itself.
- How do refunds work?
- Refunds go through the store you bought from — Google Play or Apple — following their own refund policies and process. Wearclock cannot issue refunds directly, since it never handles the payment.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. Wearclock is a timer, not a clinical tool, and nothing it tells you overrides your orthodontist's instructions. Always follow your treatment plan as your orthodontist actually gave it to you.
