Support
Email [email protected]. A person reads it and replies. There is no account to sign into, no ticket number to quote, and no bot in the way. Tell us which phone you are on and what happened.
Before you write: the four things that come up most
A reminder did not fire
On Android this is almost always battery optimisation or notification permission. Open Reminders in the app: it checks both and links straight to the settings screen that fixes each one. On iPhone, check Settings → Notifications → Wearclock, and check whether a Focus was on. Wearclock cannot sound above the ringer switch or a Focus there, and it does not claim to.
You forgot to tap
Nothing is lost. Open Log, add the session you missed, or edit the one that is wrong. Every number in the app recalculates from the log, so correcting it corrects everything, including today’s out-time, your averages, the weekly chart and the wear report.
Moving to a new phone
Settings → Export a backup writes one file, wherever you choose to put it. On the new phone, install Wearclock and use Settings → Import a backup. Trays, log, settings and progress photos all come across. Nothing goes through us on the way.
Pro is not showing after you paid
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Pro belongs to the App Store or Google Play account that bought it, so make sure the phone is signed into that one. Subscriptions are cancelled in the store, not in the app: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, Play Store → Payments and subscriptions on Android.
What Wearclock will never ask you for
We will never ask for a password, a payment detail, or a photo of your teeth. Support is one email address and nothing else. Your log, your schedule and your progress photos stay on your phone. See the privacy page, which also explains how to delete your data.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I get help with Wearclock?
- Email [email protected]. Tell us which phone you are on and what happened, and a person will read it and reply. There is no ticket system, no account, and no chatbot.
- My reminder did not fire. What now?
- Two things stop a reminder on Android: notification permission, and battery optimisation. Open Reminders in the app. It shows you both and links straight to the right settings screen. On iPhone, check Settings → Notifications → Wearclock, and check whether a Focus was on. Wearclock cannot sound above the ringer switch or a Focus on iPhone.
- I forgot to tap. Is my log wrong forever?
- No. Every session in the Log can be edited or deleted, and you can add one after the fact. Every figure (today’s out-time, your averages, the weekly chart) recalculates when you do.
- How do I move Wearclock to a new phone?
- Settings → Export a backup writes a single file. Move that file to the new phone however you like, install Wearclock, then Settings → Import a backup. Your trays, log and settings come across. Progress photos are included in the backup file.
- I paid for Pro but it is not showing.
- Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. That asks the App Store or Google Play what you own and re-applies it. Pro is tied to the store account that bought it, so use the same one. If it still does not appear, email [email protected].
- How do I cancel a Wearclock subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling leaves Pro active until the period you already paid for ends. The timer, schedule, reminders, log and backup are free forever either way.
